How can I cancel my subscription?

Hi there, I just realized my premium subscription has automatically renewed on Dec 3rd. As I had no intention of continuing my subscription, can I cancel and get a full refund? It’s a great learning tool, but I just haven’t used it enough in the past year to justify spending another $131. Thanks.

Hola me gustaría cancelar mi cuenta, cuando hice la inscripción ponía que a los seis meses pasaría directamente a gratuito y por ninguna parte estaba la opción de cancelar, hoy se han cumplido los seis meses y han intentado hacerme el cobro aunque no han podido porque no tenía dinero en esa tarjeta, pero no entiendo que esto funcione así, no volveré ha usar la aplicación y no sé cómo darme de baja definitivamente.
