Your account will drop to Free plan after your current paid period expires.

You are canceling these things manually when people ask, which helps them in the moment but is obviously ridiculous. There should be an easy self-service button to do so to empower the user. My subscription says it will auto-renew, so I was looking to cancel it to prevent this from happening. Please do not say, “it’s done,”, but explain HOW it can be done by your customers.

@zoran Hi, I realized today that my premium subscription has automatically renewed on February 19th. As I had no intention of continuing my subscription, can I cancel and get a full refund? I like the site, but I just have no time left since I have to follow two studies. Thank you in advance.

@bobhilt You can cancel subscription under Settings > Account > Change Plan button, Downgrade option under your currently active plan.
