How can I cancel my subscription?

Could you plz tell me how can I cancel my subscription? I couldn’t find the “cancel” button.

What’s more, could you plz tell me if I want to delete my account, how can i do it ?

Any feedback you can give me on this would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry that it seems you have to take care of all these requests manually, but I also need to ask you to do the same for my account.
I cancelled the subscription through mobile but now it’s somehow charged for a year premium plan (which I don’t remember at all that I upgraded to).
Could you please cancel the subscription and refund?
