Hello,

I just lost my streak too! I just moved out to a new house so i was busy carrying stuff and when I got the time to keep up the streak it instead of increasing to a 375 streak it said that i had now a 1 day streak. I think its because the timer reseted now at 21:00 on my side and while i was doing a lesson i didnt receive the repair button and completed a new streak, starting anew

Is there a way to restore it (in app or online) if time has already passed?
Also, where do you see the total number of coins you have?

Hi,
I was practicing during the reset time I guess. Got an email to fix my streak, but it doesnā€™t work. Could you please have a look? And how to set the reset time to be a little bit later, like 1 or 2AM?

@Dalek123 I fixed your streak. You can adjust your time zone on the Profile Settings page on the site.

@Enzoh Unfortunately, your streak canā€™t be repaired. I can only fix it when there is a maximum of 1 day break, and in your case it was 3 days, sorry.

Can you help me restore my streak?
Also, ask them to make it where you can restore your streak even after starting a new one. I tried to save my old streak in time but ended up unable to restore it.

Hi @username_lq , your streak was repaired, should show 372 days. On Android app you need to go to Library page (where shelves are being shown) and tap on stats banner at the top, then tap on ā€œrepair streakā€ label and confirm the change.
