How can i have the whole sentence automatically read out to me when in the sentence mode, so i do not have to click the speaker icon every time - which is also very invonveniently placed on the top of the screen, which is hard to reach when i am holding my phone.

It’s not possible at the moment. We will see if that’s an option we can add in future updates.

@Valsacar we haven’t made any changes here so far.
A while back, after advice from another user about keymapper app, I ended up creating a less torturous UI using that keymapper app. It took less than a day work to figure it all out.
My setup, auto-plays audio, auto-reveal translate on paging. All the buttons are positioned easy to reach. I can even use external BT remote with it.
For BT remote you can use any, i am currently using a touchpad type (so that it is quiet) but link below is a recommendation using a tiny gamepad which i will be testing out soon.
