Kanjis disappeared

Hi there, the kanji disappeared from the article I downloaded from the nhkeasier website.
when I first began to study the text they were here, but now they’re gone. Now there are only hiraganas and katakanas. How can I do to have the kanjis back ?
Thank you for your help

PS : excuse my english, I’m French

Can you please provide lesson URL?

Here it is

Thank you

Can you please also provide a link to your imported lesson?

Hi !
Is it that link you need ?

Thanks

Thanks we are investigating the issue here.

Hi !
Any news about this issue ?
Thanks !

@lovelylydie the issue here is with this particular website. It has specific HTML for text, and it looks like our importer couldn’t parse this structure. That’s why kanji is ignored during import.
I checked manual import of text from this website - and it works well.
I suggest, when importing from that source, to just manually copy the text and create a lesson with it.
