I am certain I maintained my streak yesterday, but today I came back and it has me all the way back to one day. I tried following the email link to repair it, but it didn’t take me anywhere. How can I go about getting my streak repaired?

@zoran i finished my lesson shortly after midnight and lost my streak. i clicked on the email to repair my streak but there was no option on mobile so i tried it on desktop but there was also no option to fix it. where can i do that or was it wrong to open the email via phone because then the popup is gone? would be nice if you can repair my streak i should have enough coins. thank you! regards mario

Was there a bug with the streaks yesterday? I completed more than enough for my streak on mobile and noticed that it hadn’t registered anything for the day. I then logged in on my laptop and again did more than enough. It still showed me as not doing anything for the day. Instead, it appears to have credited all of yesterday’s work to the day before (it shows a 19x when usually I get more like 3-7x). So it looks like I did a LOT the day before yesterday, nothing yesterday and then the normal amount today.

Unfortunately I just lost my streak again today, because I came back home after midnight. Can you repair it again? That would be awesome. Feels pretty bad to lose the streak after more than 300 days.
