Dear Lingq people! Sorry for a silly request that’s a first time I’m writing here - I had 299 days Norwegian streak and I lost it yesterday? Is there any chance to fix it, please? That would cheer me up!

Ugh! Somehow I lost my Spanish streak but still have my French streak. I think I fell asleep or got distracted in the middle of doing Spanish and then I went to work on it today and didn’t realize that had happened so now it says 1 day streak. Can I get it back?

Hello, sorry to bother you, could you please fix my English steak? By the way, there appears to be a bug: I can’t set the Time Zone in the settings/profile as I desire. It sets to the USA one automatically (I’m currently living in China and have to use a VPN to access LingQ, so perhaps it updates the time zone automatically based on my IP address?).

Yesterday I supposedly lost my streak in english. I check several times a day. I’m sure it was more than enough. Is it possible to get my coins back?

It’s not possible to restore points, sorry. If you notice the same problem again just let me know and I will look into it for you or fix your streak manually without spending coins when needed.

I just lost my 400 day Ukrainian streak because I finished my lessen right after midnight. Could you help me repair my streak? I know, it’s not the first time, but I would be really glad if you could fix it. Thank you very much.

Dear Lingq people! Sorry for bothering the second time - I had 375 days Norwegian streak and 269 days Japanese streak and I only remembered that I didn’t study after it was past midnight. Is there any chance to repair them, please?
