@nashlam Sorry but unfortunately your streak can’t be fixed because you had 2-days break (January 8 and 9). I can only fix it when there is a maximum of 1 day break.

No I didn’t, I know it looks like it because on January 8 my daily goal was 100. On January 10 I bumped it back up to 400, and in the lesson statistics my streak looked indeed broken since January 8, but I can assure you that that day when I went to bed, LingQ registered that I had achieved my 100 coins daily goal, and had bumped up my streak by 1. I admit it’s a little bit confusing but I ain’t making the rules of how streaks deal with shifting the daily goal.
I’m getting back to 100 coins, can you please check if now you can fix my streak, if it’s not too late? Thanks!

Ah, I see. Yes, when you change your daily goal, your streak reset. Unfortunately it’s too late now and it’s no longer possible to repair it. Sorry!

It never reset the streak from my side: I regularly changed the daily goal, but I still kept my streak until two days ago. Sigh. Oh well, them’s the breaks, thanks anyway.

I’m pretty sure that I completed my goal in Turkish yesterday on Android, but today I found on my Laptop that I lost my streak. When I clicked to the “Repair your streak” button in the corresponding Email, the recovery does not work, although there are pretty enough coins for this. So after finishing my work for today, the streak still indicates 1 day (on Laptop with Windows 10). However, on my Android, I see the streak is 369. Would you be so kind to fix it? Thank you in advance.

I had the same thing happen with my computer not counting for my streak. Is there a reason for this? And how do I repair it? I would like my repaired if possible.
