Hey not sure if you have tried importing different text to see if its all text or just that specific text but a while back i had a problem with a specific lesson in Japanese and it was all because of a special character that for some reason lingq was not able to import. Maybe this may help you. I do hope that they figure out a way to solve that tho but it was driving me nuts. Here is the link to my issue.
