Cannot earn coins or log hours listened when listening on iOS app

Hi there,

There seems to be a new bug where I cannot earn coins or log hours listened when listening to certain audio files on the iOS app. Specifically it is the audio files I added from the point where audio files were no longer being synced to the text (see relevant thread here).

In the attached picture, the audio files highlighted in green do earn coins when listened to but the audio files highlighted in red do not earn coins. You might notice that the audio files that earn coins show the audio length while the audio files that don’t show the length don’t earn coins/log hours listened.

Thanks for reporting. We will look into this.

Update: I just successfully audio synced a text file and they were able to earn coins when listened on the iOS app so there definitely is a connection to the audio synce issue.
