@Cxie You have purchased LingQ Premium through Apple Store. Unfortunately, they don’t allow us to cancel subscription or issue refund on our end.

Unfortunately, I mistakenly selected the annual plan, thinking that it would be charged monthly, but the full amount was charged at once. Zoran, could you please cancel my subscription for the last two months and get reimbursed. The last bill charge is from yesterday-5 of May. As I only subscribed for 1 month- on the 5 of March and downgraded to a free subscription immediately after that. To my big surprise, I found out today that I have been charged for the next 2 months continuously. I downgraded today but I am not sure that it is done again. After you make this, please show me the way how I can delete my account because it is impossible to find out. Obviously, my credit card is not save here.
Hello I think this is the correct place to place this. I thought I cancelled my subscibtion I guess I was wrong. It got auto renewed yesterday or today. I will definetetly return to LingQ but I probably wont be able to use it for the next three months. Is there any way I can get a refund for now?

I was under the impression that I had cancelled my lingq subscription but I received a invoice earlier this week showing that I had payed for another year. Would it be possible to get a refund?
