It doesn’t work any more with or without the VPN and seems to be the same for everyone. It would be good given the premium price for this app if we could have an update as to why it’s not working and what’s being done to fix it. It’s understandable that customers get frustrated as this happens regularly.
@zoran same issue here with all the videos that I try to import ![]()
Hi everyone! YouTube is temporarily limiting access to captions, which prevents video imports to LingQ. We’re monitoring the issue and will re-enable imports as soon as possible.
In the meantime, refreshing a YT page can help in some cases.
@zoran , what a hell that the issue follows without solution???
YOU can joy with or money or time?
We are dealing with these issues on our end too and trying to find a solution even before YT fix problems on their end. We will soon release updates to both apps with a fix.
We are also looking on web version and trying to deal with issue there too.
@zoran Something new for us???
@DJFill We released Android app update to version 6.0.24. YouTube importing should work on this version. It should be soon solved for iOS and web too.
Working again on the web version for me. Hallelujah!
Now I can find out what happens in Le secret du coffre rouge. ![]()
I have taken off the LingQ importer extension and put it back on again. Now it imports the video with English subtitles only!!! Is this because LingQ is still working on this problem?
Finally it’s working here!
