@NolaNewGal Thanks. Strange, but I imported this video without issues under the Russian language slot, using Chrome. Can you select Russian subtitles and then give it another try?

Ok @zoran , but I need to reinforce: 14 days is something inadmissible in fixing bugs! And we can say that is not new, this sort of problems here. You are adding more members for the development team, to increase the speed and reduce bugs?
I really think that the solution will be flooding a lot of comments in Steve Kaufmann videos about “unresolved and recurring issues in LingQ”

I redownloaded the extension and am using Google Chrome. It has not worked on every video I have tried for the past couple of days, but here is one I tried importing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YC7JGcTvdBk. It says no appropriate captions found.

@DJFill We did push a fix for the mentioned issue, but since some users are still experiencing the problem, we reopened the ticket a couple of days ago, and this is being worked on. We will do our best to push a fix as soon as possible.
@Acs1994 Thanks. However, I just tried importing that video on my end via Chrome extension and it worked just fine. Are you trying to import it under German language slot?

Hi Zoran, will this related to user’s account? Did you observed any difference between the affected user’s account and normal user’s account?

I’ve just been using the version downloaded from the Chrome store. I removed and redownloaded it today.
I forwarded all feedback here to our team and I hope they will figure out why some of you are still experiencing issues even after deploying a fix. Thanks for your patience.

Switched to Chrome, made sure I had latest extension and it downloaded perfectly
