These past few days, when I’ve been importing YouTube videos, the subtitles sometimes don’t appear. However, after refreshing the page a few times, the videos import normally. I’m not sure what the problem is.

Glad you found a fix. That’s what did it for me too.
Hi everyone. YouTube is temporarily limiting access to captions, which prevents video imports to LingQ. We’re monitoring the issue and will re-enable imports as soon as possible.
In the meantime, refreshing a YT page can help in some cases.
The issue has been fixed for both Android and iOS app, just make sure to update the app to the latest version. It should now work on web too, with our extensions.

This was very confusingly handled by publishing a notice on LingQ that the issue was resolved on all platforms and then, days later, fixing the issue on all platforms.
@sma_grodorna We had a small delay in releasing an update for iOS app. Android and web were taken care of.
