Hi LingQ team,
I’ve noticed an issue when importing YouTube videos into LingQ. When a lesson gets split across multiple pages, parts of the subtitle text seem to go missing right at the page boundary. I can clearly hear the corresponding audio in the video, but that portion never appears in the LingQ transcript — on either page.
It looks like a line (or part of a sentence) that falls right at the transition between two pages gets dropped entirely, instead of being kept on the page where it starts or properly carried over to the next one.
Could you please take a look at this? This has happened with several different videos, so it doesn’t seem to be a one-off issue with a particular subtitle file.
