This issue is known and there’s already forum threads mentioning it.
The issue here is related to changes made on YT’s end. Our team is looking for a solution and we hope to find it soon.

Would you please, try to update the app to the latest version 5.7.2 (2). It contains a fix that should address the issue.

Thanks, all okay now. Clearly the first step whenever a bug is found is to update the app, and see if it persists.
how do i update the app on pc ? i use youtube imports to study daily and havent been able to import off of my phone or computer lately
How about the Chrome browser? The latest version in the Google Play store is still 2.3.25.

The Chrome extension should already be updated in the Chrome Web Store.
Please let me know if the issue with importing content from YouTube persists for you.
