Yearly subscription won't update

I’ve been trying to update my subscription to the two year at $191.76, but it won’t go through. I tried on Jan 8, and then on the 13th, as well, and have used my card in between those dates so it shouldn’t be my card. My subscription runs out on February 12, and I don’t want to move to free! Is there anything else I need to try? I’ve tried multiple cards, as well, and nothing goes through.

Hi, I tried purchasing a 2 year subscription but that wouldn’t go through. I emailed LINGQ support twice in the past week but I haven’t received a response yet. Know how I can proceed @zoran
