I have been sharing lessons for years on LingQ especially on news on Russia and Ukraine. Most of my lessons are auto-translated 3-4 min youtube videos from DW in Russian.
I would say that 100% of lessons I share I complete them myself and 98% of these videos the translation is basically perfect.
As written, it’s depending on whether or not there could be any copyright issues. If the material isn’t protected, it can be made public. In case of public available DW videos (I assume DW stands for Deutsche Welle) there shouldn’t be any issues. But depending on how many people currently tried to make lessons public it may take a little while.
Lesson quality: I.e. matching text and audio, proper formatting, etc.
Copyright issues. For DW content, this isn’t a major issue.
