Why am I a paying customer being promoted to upgrade to premium?

I’ve been a paying customer of LingQ for quite some time so I don’t understand why my account says free (last payment was dec 24th 2025). Fix this as quickly as possible I do not want to cancel my paid subscription for real but if money is withdrawn from my account without me having access to services I will cancel. Thank you in advance.
