I am looking for “Who is She” stories in Norwegian. Does anyone know if there is a plan to create these? I am unfamiliar with the process of how these LingQ Stories become available in the open library.

I haven´t heard of these - but for Norwegian I really recommend Wikipedia, some of the best articles I read there. Also the podcasts there both Norsk for beginners and Laer Norsk Nå podcast are really good.
As far as I understand most of the content on Lingq is volunteer based, which means a native speaker has to volunteer to translate/record the content.
