It depends on you - if you would like to speak from the first day - please!
If you would like to wait for a while before you know 2000 words - it’s also OK.

It’s up to you. I know that’s an open ended answer, but whenever you’d like. I personally want something to read and listen to before I speak. Now, if I haven’t seen it in writing or have heard at least three times (arbitrary number, by the way), I won’t speak it.
