What “rock it up” means in the phrase:

“waves of plasma in the Sun’s atmosphere rock it up at 700 thousand miles per hour”

If someone could give me a portuguese translation, or at least a example using others terms or words in English.

I suspect that ‘rock it up’ is really ‘rocket up’, meaning ‘shoot up’.
