What language is this? Assuming it is a real language of course

I’ve never studied the language, so don’t take it as 100% sure, but I think it might be the language spoken in Kazakhstan.

Thanks. You’re right, I searched YouTube and found the same video stating that the person is speaking the language of Kazakhstan. I believe she is reciting a tongue twister which is why so many sounds are repeated. Apparently speakers do not normally sound this odd.

I did wonder if someone was playing a joke on us all using AI or somesuch technque. There is so much junk on YouTube after all.
