@Bonnenouvellejonny - I had to actually look this up, as I didn’t know that 스무고개 퀴즈 was the name for “Twenty Questions” 
In this case, I believe that 내다, or 내면서, has a meaning similar to “give” or “put forth”. Here it would mean something like “X quizzed me”, or “X tested me”.
I guess Koreans just have a different way of phrasing the idea of “playing Twenty Questions”.
