I used the 40% savings discount in the email sent by Ana Rivera, but the subscription in my account page describes it’s “USD 107.88 / Yearly” instead of “USD 97.09 / Yearly”. In my account page, it shows that my current tier is “1 Month Premium” with the description “changing to Yearly Premium on January 08, 2024” following it. It seems that I changed my subscription plan to annual plan successfully, but the price is not the one I expected (it should be USD 97.09 / Yearly). Does anyone know about this? Thanks in advance.

I tried to downgrade my subscription few minutes ago because I supposed my previous operation may be failed. After that, I used the same link in the mail got from Ana Rivera and tried to upgrade to “USD 97.09 / Yearly” again. But it showed I have used that discount so it didn’t work. I would like to change my subscription to the annual 40% savings plan (USD 97.09 / Yearly). Could the administrator help me for that? Thanks!

The problem is solved. My annual subscription works with the discount.
