Hi Steve, Your commentary today reminded me of a book I read a while back and really enjoyed called The Practicing Mind, by Thomas M. Sterner, that you might be interested in checking out. Like you, he talks about how to master any skill or challenge by learning to love the process. He uses the example of how he learned to play golf as an adult, and managed to quickly surpass golfers who had been playing for years, by applying principles of learning he knew from learning to play the piano. —LP
