What do I do when it keeps saying “Failed to save lesson” ?

I got it to work by repeatedly refilling in boxes.
I think what could HELP A LOT is if you could tell which part is failing!
Do I need to delete and re-add the audio file?
Do I need to delete and re-add the image?
Do I need to delete and re-paste in all the text?
Do I need to remove it from the course and add it to the course again?
That is, give us some hint as to what went wrong, so we’re not as randomly shooting in the dark trying to guess what to try again.
