What am I supposed to do if a tutor didn't show up?

I’d booked a conversation but the tutor didn’t show up. What am I supposed to do?
I do not even know her skype id, she had not connected me before the scheduled time (to my great surprise!).
I send her a message but I’ve still had no answer.

You can demand to return your points if you were at the skype but your tutor didn’t show up.

Я обычно писал сначала этому тьютору с просьбой вернуть “очки”, а если не помогало - то в службу ‘support’ Когда я сам выступаю в качестве тьютора, я всегда возвращаю студенту его очки в таких случаях, если я по какой-то причине не смог провести беседу.
