Your last point is probably true. The Filipino accent is not difficult to understand…just a few consonant sounds that get mixed up.
By the way Matt, we now have a requirement that all tutors be at least a Basic member. Therefore, I won’t be able to enable you as a tutor unless you upgrade your account. Sorry about that. Please email us at support if you do upgrade.
I haven’t seen this thread before (or maybe I have, but ignored it). If there’s any interest, I can tutor Swedish (and possibly English - if nothing els, I read and write more in English than my native Swedish).
