Vocable learning - what is better for you?

Long time I have not discovered that we have in the meantime the possibility to reverse the flashcards.
I think, for me it is better and faster, and the words are faster available in my speaking.

With reverse I mean to have the words in my native language on the flashcard and have to know these in my target language.

I am interested to hear in which way other members are learning better.

Shuffle and reverse, reverse and shuffle work best for me from level 3 upwards, although sometimes I’m adventurous and do it earlier. The vocab seems to stick better that way, even if at first is may be a bit slower.
