I made an account because Lingq enabled me to study Dramas on VIKI. At least it was said so. Whenever I try to import, an Error Message occurs: “Importing failed - Unable to download JSON metadata: HTTP Error 500: Internal Server Error”. Would be really nice If someone can offer a solution.
Maybe you already know this, but make sure the subtitles are open CC, otherwise the LingQ importer will not work. Some shows on viki have English subtitles for Japanese, but not the native ones I need.
they have native ones. It is bugging at a show I previously had no trouble with to import an episode from.
Unfortunately due to some Viki regional restrictions, importing doesn’t work on our servers. We have contacted Viki and hopefully we will find a way to make it work again soon.
