Does anyone know if there is a way to import the video lessons from al-Jazeera’s “Learning Arabic” into LingQ? This is one of the only audio/video Arabic resources online that has corresponding transcripts, and I’d like to keep track of my listening, in addition to reading. The only (convoluted) method I have created is this:
- I manually create the lesson in LingQ by pasting in the text of the al-Jazeera-provided transcript from their lesson page.
- I play the video on my laptop while holding my phone up to the computer speaker to record the audio (only records in m4a format).
- I email the m4a file to myself.
- I open the m4a file on my laptop.
- I use a website to convert the m4a file to an mp3 file (https://cloudconvert.com/) and save it on my laptop.
- I manually attach the audio to the lesson.
Is there a better, more efficient way?
