Unifamigliare o Unifamiliare

In Italian Mini Story the word unifamigliare occurs, meaning single-family or one-family. Is this an alternative spelling of unifamiliare or a misspelling of unifamiliare? I con’t find unifamigliare in any online dictionaries. But famigliare, which also occurs in this story, is given as an alternative spelling of familiare.

According to the root of the word, you could use both versions.

However, I would use unifamiliare, because I would use the adjective familiare as well.
