Undo ignored words

As I began using the course, I mistook “ignore” for “known” and as a result have ignored hundreds of words I would like included in my known word statistics. How can I undo this in bulk? Manually clicking each one is not feasible.

Unfortunately there is no undo. You can get a list of your ignored words here:
https://www.lingq.com/api/languages/es/ignored-words/

I’ll quote an explanation I made in this thread:

I explain how to make the known words that don’t appear on the vocab list (because they were never lingq’ed) appear somewhere on your list. You can do the same with ignored words. Keep in mind that “es” for Spanish and “hi” for Hindi in the URLs represent the languages, so you need to change those to match your languages.

You can get a list of all your known words through the api by using this url:
https://www.lingq.com/api/languages/hi/known-words/

You’ll want to select “pretty print” because of the non-roman script. Given that you are not so far along, you could take that text and import as a lesson and make your adjustments manually to reset the ones that are not “known” for you to “1”. This can be done from within the lesson, or you can do it from “Manage LingQs” or filtering to that lesson in the vocab tab.

It isn’t pretty, but you may be able achieve what you want to this way.

Good luck!

Let me know if this doesn’t make sense.

There is no undo option, I am afraid. The only way is to select a word and adjust its status manually.
