Unable to Use LingQ Importer on Safari (Login Issues) (FIXED)

I’ve installed the Safari LingQ importer on a new Mac but it doesn’t work. It asks to login but it stays with that window (see screenshot) all the time.
I tried to restart the computer, to uninstall and install again the extension, to logout and login again, but nothing is working.

This is the last current Safari extension version you have (1.0.31), and it is a new install.

I was able to make it work after repeated logout and login.

Great, glad to hear it started working. We will look if there’s any issue.

This is happening for me, I have tried clearing the extension cache, disabling/re-enabling the extension, logging out and in several upon several times. Nothing works. Any advice, @zoran ?

When did it start happening?

I’m new to LingQ, I have not been able to make the Safari extension work at all since I downloaded it.

@patrickfatrick What exactly happens when you try to use it?

Exactly what was described by OP. Whenever I interact with the extension on a page for which I’ve allowed access (for instance, Youtube), all I see is a button to “Log in”, which directs me to the LingQ app.

Same here. Same system (M1 Mac, Safari)
Also uninstalled importer several times. Never been able to upload anything at all. Tired of using the same lessons over and over.
Also: the sound in the browser works like every other day.

Just want to add that it’s not a showstopper for me, I’m just using Firefox specifically to do imports. Just would really prefer not having to leave my everyday browser to do this.

Thanks, we will do our best to figure this out asap.
