Hi everyone, well, I’m new here and just as I excitedly clicked onto my first ever lesson, ‘Bear Story’ and prepared to listen to the audio and learn something, it isn’t working. I’ve refreshed and waited, waited and refreshed but nothing seems to work. Any ideas what could go wrong? Thanks. 
Hi, and welcome to LingQ! It’s unfortunate that you experienced troubles on your very first lesson. I looked into it and the problem is not with LingQ but with this particular lesson. The audio file appears to be invalid. I’ve now removed the lesson from the Library so others don’t experience the same problem.

I’ve contacted the provider of this lesson and he has now reuploaded the audio. Simply open the lesson again and the audio will be there.
