Unable to import from YouTube

LingQ app installed on iPad 12.9” with iOS 17.4.1.

I imported four YouTube films from YouTube using the Share feature in YouTube. These films sat in the pending state for weeks. So yesterday I deleted them, and reimported, Now the deleted films are shown as pending but unopenable and undeletable, and the newly imported films are shown as pending.

I can open an imported pending film, and view the transcript but it won’t play.
