What has your hand got to do with it? Neither the menu bar nor the import button are on your hand.
I’m having the same problem, both on my Samsung Android phone and on Galaxy Tab. When the LingQ “Import by URL” window opens, the Import button at the bottom of the screen is partially or fully covered by the phone navigation bar, making it (almost) impossible to hit the Import button without hitting the navigation keys instead.
