Unable to import - error message indicating a free account limit on a premium account

I have been able to import videos in the past. However, I recently started receiving a pop-up indicating that I have reached a free account limit, although I have a premium account. This is on iPadOS 26.1.

Sorry to hear that. When did the issue start? Are you still unable to import content? Are you on the last app version?

I am running 5.8.10, which was updated 6 days ago. I believe that my last successful import was before the update. This is on iPadOS 26.1.

Can you please try to logout/login back into the app and let me know if that helps? If not, please try to reinstall it completely.
