When I try to import audio lessons, clicking on the Add button has no effect. If I try to import into a course I will get a message that says unable to import lesson.

What format is the file you are trying to import?

I’ve got the same problem. Importing audio lessons doesn’t work at all.
For the past few days I could import them, but sometimes after they were imported they would have 0 new words or lingqs. None of the text was highlighted. It usually took 2 or 3 tries before I could get them to import correctly.
Now they won’t import at all. I’m trying with mp3 files.

That problem seems to continue… when I go through normal routine: Import->Audio select .mp3 file etc. and then press the Add -button it spins the hourglass and returns without doing anything… the “Generating lesson”-message doesn’t appear. Earlier has worked well. Any fix for this?

I had a similar problem. My solution was to change the audio bitrate to 128k with ffmpeg.

I have the same problem, and I sent the related files to LingQ supporter. Hopefully the issue can be solved in time.

I have the same problem and it started within the last week, What’s odd is that sometimes it will let me upload a single mp3 file, but won’t let me upload any additional files. Sometimes if I try repeatedly to upload the same file (20 to 30 attempts) it will allow it to go through.

Same here. I tried to change the bit rate to 128k but it didn´t work as well.
