I am trying to import a .mp3 for transcription for I’m having issues.
Every time I click “add”, it waits for a few seconds then nothing happens. The import audio window remains up.
I have checked and the .mp3 file is less than 60 MB. Could you please help?

Do you have issue with that one specific file only? Did you try importing anything else?
