I am using firefox browser…
And my computer is running Window 7.
If possible, can you try this again? Does this happen every time you open the popup and select an image? If so, it would be great if you could email the image to support (at) lingq.com so we can give it a try.
I’ve tried a few times.
Before cropping the picture that I’ve uploaded, it disappeared.
And when I want to saved it, I saw this:
“Server Error: 500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR”
I can’t seem to reproduce this issue, despite using Firefox 15 and 16 on Windows 7. Could you try another image to see if that works for you?
Thanks Alex~ I have uploaded my photo successfully by using google chrome!! 
I have a similar problem, though without any error messages. I upload the photo and it stays until I leave the settings page. But if I go to any other page on the site, it is gone. And there is no “save button” or something like this. What should I do? I’m on windows 7 and gogle chrome.

There is no “Save” button and all changes on the profile settings page should be saved automatically after you made them. If picture wasn’t uploaded properly then there must be some error message on the page explaining what’s problem (please check the whole page if there is error message in red letters).
