Unable to Access My Premium Account via Web Browser

I’m experiencing an issue with my LingQ premium account. I don’t remember the email address linked to this account. Right now, I can only access it through the mobile app, but I cannot log in via a web browser.

Has anyone faced a similar problem before? Is there any way to recover my account or change the email address without knowing it? I’d really appreciate any advice!
