I think there is a typo in this sentence:
“You may want to seer it first in the fry pan”
Isn’t the correct spelling “sear”?

While it was interesting to read through the text (and to have the opportunity of adding the British spelling of fridge), I have a favour to ask: should you ever again notice a typo in such a long text, would you give a link to the lesson and indicate where the error is? Typically, this time it was right towards the end…
Next time I will indicate in which part of the text the typo is. I can do that for my favorite granny:-)
