I scheduled a couple lessons with different tutors, for the first time, yesterday. Both tutors show “waiting for confirmation”. The first tutor had an opening for the next morning (this morning), but I never got a confirmation. I also had messaged him in his posting on Lingq, because I had never done this before, and have not used Skype. I had just set up a Skype account, so that I would be ready for the lesson, and checked it this morning but don’t see any misses calls or anything. I have rescheduled the lesson for the same tutor, as I am still interested. Long story short 
If I don’t get a response, how do I get my points credited back? Thank you in advance!

If the teacher nas not confirmed, you can go back to your booking and cancel. Then you will get your points back.
