Paid writing correction submitted to me doesn’t show anywhere and there is no notification from LingQ. After being informed by the student, I found a record in the tutor activities section but I cannot correct from there. A corrected version already exists (which is exactly the same as the original version) and the “new correction” button cannot be clicked open.

The discount rate for conversation doesn’t show?

I have another problem.
My student ‘Cholinguist’ changed our converrsation from Monday to Wednersday.
The Support teqam writes me already for the second time that I have to decline the old conversation.
Firstly - why I if the initiotor of this changing was MY STUDENT?
HE HAD TO CANCEL THE OLD REQUEST BEFORE SDENDING A NEW ONE.
SECONDLY - I CAN’T DECLINE THAT OLD CONVERSATION although I tried it 25 times!!!
When I go to it I see two bottoms ‘change’ and ‘cancel’ - but they both DOESN’T WORK!
And the Support sensds me the second notification about that old cobnversation.
It likes as a circus trick!
Please, Support team - take away that old conveersation!
I just can’t do it!!!
