Hi - last week I suppose to have 15 minute conversation with my tutor,unfortunately she didn’t show up due to unforeseen circumstances.

Could you please reload my points back in order schedule a new conversation?

Maybe it’s worth to award points after sending the report in order avoid the sort of situation it the future.
