Trouble saving words (using a Mac)

Hi,

I have recently started using LingQ to bolster my French. I am having trouble saving words for my vocabulary list. Everytime I highlight a word and then click on the Lingq icon, i get a message saying “please select a word or a short phrase.” Nothing happens when i double click on a word. The problem might be that I am using a G4 Ibook (Mac). Is there anything I can do to make a vocabulary list?

Mae,

I do not know why this is. I have a MacBook OS X operating system and have no trouble. Perhaps one of our technical people will have an answer tomorrow. What browser are you using? I use Firefox.

Please make sure you are using Safari 3.0 or Firefox 2.0. Earlier versions of these browsers are not supported by LingQ.
