Are these Chinese characters?

For me is hard to recognize but for me it looks like Chinese or Korean(especially 4 character from the top)

Aren’t they Mongolian scripts?

I compared Mongolian alphabeth and looks very different. I’m quite sure it’s not Mongolian.
